Doylestown Lea - a residential neighborhood of single family homes [across from park off Wells Road]

Doylestown Station - a townhome subdivision bordering the northern park boundary. Original site plans called for walking-path access to the park from the neighborhood. At of this writing, we're unsure if that has been completed.
